Tang Hall is supported by a team of people who work to manage and improve the social and physical environment for the community.
The Tang Hall Residents Association (THRA) is led by graduate student officers, with a purpose to promote fellowship, scholarship, citizenship, and the general welfare of the members of the Tang Residence Hall Graduate Community.
The Heads of House are leaders, including faculty, who live in a residence hall and take a lead role in building community and supporting and advocating for students.
The House Manager leads a team to keep the infrastructure working.
